Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is thrilled to launch the new High Tea concept "Afterrnoon Tea at the Wentworth" inspired by the art of French cuisine contemporary style, while invoking the classic heritage and history of the Wentworth hotel.

The Wentworth Afternoon Tea experience is heightened through the attention, which is paid to every detail, from the delicate cakes and pastries down to the beautifully designed, silver platter on which the afternoon tea is served.

Afternoon Tea is served in the Sofitel Lounge on a daily base. Garden Court Restaurant will be catering for large group bookings, minimum of 12 persons.

The new Wentworth Afternoon Tea at the Sofitel is a return to a high tea tradition, featuring a full range of deluxe Ronnefeldt tea, sweet and savoury treats. And the Wentworth hotel's very own signature cheesecake- Resurrected from an original recipe created around the time the Wentworth opened as Sydney's very first five star hotel in 1966.

The splendid Wentworth Afternoon Tea items include Sofitel's Chocolate mousse Cadeau, Macaronades, Financier hazelnut cake, Lemon curd tart, scones with jam and freshly whipped cream and a selection of sophisticated finger sandwiches.

The Wentworth Afternoon Tea experience includes a beautiful selection of cakes and tarts, assorted finger sandwiches, Ronnefeldt tea and espresso coffee.

Wentworth Afternoon Tea is available at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth in The Sofitel Lounge from 2pm -5pm daily.
