Albert Roux is travelling to Australia in April to host an elegant lunch and dinner series at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. This is a once in a lifetime chance to experience the world famous style and flair of one of Europe’s original Master Chefs. The selection of cheeses have been individually chosen by our Executive Chef from different locations throughout the world. A Sumptuous Easter Banquet
