This year marks the 20th Biennale of Sydney. In collaboration, Sofitel Sydney Wentworth has created a playful cocktail and dessert menu. Discover why nobody does dessert quite like the French featuring a Crèpe Suzette, with Orange segments, orange butter sauce and flambée with Grand Marnier. Alternatively you can satisfy your sweet tooth with S’more, a combination of house infused cinnamon, vanilla vodka, chocolate liqueur and Drambuie Toasted marshmallow.

Executive Chef has carefully designed a menu that welcomes you to share with colleagues, friends or family, including Chef’s sharing boards and mouth watering mains featuring slow roasted beef rump, Paris mash with roasted carrots.
