The Lenôtre Difference

The most prestigious Parisian Patisserie and
Boulangerie, established over 50 years ago by Gaston
Lenôtre and run by Accor in Europe. Our Patisserie
Chef, Mark Stone, has completed a Lenôtre course
in Paris and produces selected items within the hotel.
The Lenôtre range represents the highest quality in
pastries and baked goods.

The hotel car park entrance is located on Bligh street and is valet parking. Special conference rates may also be available
