Begin your night with Service de caviar avec le martini from Yarra Valley first harvested, setting the stage for an extraordinary dining experience. Continue your evening with the indulgence of freshly shucked oysters from Karkalla, each bite delivering the briny essence of the ocean. The journey of flavours continues with the charred octopus served with smoked bush tomato bisque, macadamia, finger lime and native greens, promising a symphony of the sea with every mouthful.
