Guests are spoilt for choice with mains such as the poached Rock Cod (celeriac, lemon, saltbush) or Dry Aged Hawkesbury Duck (apricot mostarda, fennel, braised leg) are Chef’s recommendations this season.
Guest with a sweet tooth won’t pass the Raspberry Mille-feuille (rose cream, fresh raspberry, raspberry sorbet, puff pastry) or the Hazelnut Soufflé (blueberry compote, ricotta sorbet).
