As the city celebrates the Archibald Prize, join us for an equally creative experience with our reimagined High Tea — a culinary tribute to artistry, seasonality, and natural beauty. This year, our presentation steps away from the traditional tiered tower and instead blooms across the table, inspired by the Royal Botanic Garden and the soft purples of jacaranda, this year theme. Savouries are presented table side, evoking the elegance of legendary hotel service, with curated cheeses, smoked salmon, charcuterie, and quiches carved to your plate.
