Redefining the Culinary Landscape this Spring 2024

Thank you for your interest in our dining experiences. Amidst a $60 million enhancement, the hotel will introduce an exceptional dining precinct, redefining the culinary landscape with two new restaurants and two bars, including one of Sydney’s largest rooftop terrace bars, all in one luxury destination.

During this period, certain areas of the hotel will be temporarily unavailable, and accommodation services will be limited until the project's completion this Spring 2024, when the main entrance will be on Bligh Street.
