On Thursday 11 September, the one-hatted tilda at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth will host a special one-night-only event that brings together six of House Made Hospitality’s most celebrated chefs.
For the first time, Alex Wong (Executive Chef, Hinchcliff House), Elliott Pinn (Executive Chef, Sofitel Wentworth), Chris Benedet (Executive Chef, Bondi Promenade), Andrianto Wirya (Executive Chef, Island Radio), and Stephen Seckold (Culinary Director, House Made Hospitality) will join tilda’s Head Chef Nathanael Merchant in the kitchen.
This collaboration will showcase a limited-edition menu designed as a journey of flavour, precision and creativity. Each dish reflects the unique style of its chef while highlighting the finest Australian ingredients. Guests can expect an innovative progression of courses that combine bold ideas with refined techniques, making this one of Sydney’s most exciting dining events of the year.
