Created by House Made Hospitality, the experience is one of refined comfort—a perfect blend of good company, live music, savoury bites and refined drinks, all enjoyed in a setting that encourages lingering and savouring the moment.

Take delight in a leisurely dram of whisky? Explore the 100-strong Australian whisky library housed in a handsome armoire. Prefer a martini? Enjoy our Archie Rose trolley service, offering tableside customisation to craft the perfect drink to your taste.

Enjoy a $20 weekday lunch at bar tilda featuring the tilda burger, fresh fish, pasta specials or steak and chips for $25. Available Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 3 pm.
