Discover the Couture High Tea with a selection of French elegant delights and signature pâtisseries crafted by our talented Chefs to feel like a Parisienne in the heart of Sydney CBD.
The Couture High Tea is a fully immersive experience with the most delicate macarons, the oh so famous "religieuse" with a touch of rose and raspberry, mandarin-vanilla cannelé from Bordeaux, a revisited Opera cake and lemon myrtle meringue petite tartelette.
On the savoury side, you will enjoy petit pea choux & caviar, quiche with smoked duck and porcini, traditional French chicken pithivier, Tasmanian smoked salmon blinis with creme fraiche, all complemented with an assortment of premium Silver Jubilee by Dilmah teas.
The Couture High Tea will be served in the exclusive Club Lounge in the Velvet Room overlooking the Garden Court.

We know that plans can change, though we ask that any cancellations are made no less than 48 hours prior to your booking time. Cancellations made within 48 hours or failure to show up will see an automatic charge of $89 or $69 per person.
